به گزارش خبرگزاری جمهوری اسلامی، 'محسن موحدیان عطار' روز سه شنبه در نشستی با معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری خراسان جنوبی و اعضای سازمان نظام مهندسی كشاورزی استان افزود: به همین دلیل قادر نیستیم با بسیاری از كشورهای اروپایی رقابت كنیم.

وی گفت: با این حال سازمان نظام مهندسی كشاورزی با گذشت 9 سال از عمر خود تاكنون برنامه های ترویجی و آموزشی زیادی را برای بهره برداران كشاورزی برگزار كرده است.

عطار افزود: از آنجا كه سطح آموزشهای دانشگاهی در ایران، به گونه ای است كه فارغ التحصیلان فاقد هرگونه مهارت عملی می باشند، برای آنكه آنها را برای اعزام به محیط كشاورزی آماده كنیم، تاكنون بالغ بر یك میلیون نفر روز را زیر پوشش آموزش های كارورزی قرار داده ایم.

وی تعداد اعضای سازمان مهندسی كشاورزی كشور را 160 هزار نفر اعلام و اظهار كرد: از این تعداد 90 هزار نفر جویای كار هستند و بقیه در بخشهای دولتی و خصوصی مشغول ارایه خدمت هستند.

عطار افزود: با توجه به اینكه 5/18 میلیون هكتار از اراضی كشور در اختیار بیش از چهار میلیون نفر بهره بردار كشاورزی می باشد، لذا اگر از این نیروی متخصص بیكار در تمام اراضی كشاورزی كمك گرفته شود، با بحران بیكاری در این بخش مواجه نخواهیم شد.

' فرحناز رافع ' روز جمعه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار اجتماعی ایرنا افزود: این افراد كه شامل پزشكان و پیراپزشكان خواهند بود در پایگاه های امداد و نجات جاده ای و بین شهری،خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به مسافران نوروزی خدمات ارایه خواهند كرد.

وی اضافه كرد: با توافق مشترك صورت گرفته میان سازمان های داوطلبان و امداد و نجات هلال احمر؛ پزشكان و پیراپزشكان عضو این جمعیت، برای حضور مفید و موثر در حوادث و سوانح، داوطلب یار امداد و نجات شدند.

رافع توضیح داد طرح داوطلب یار امداد و نجات به صورت آزمایشی از ابتدای بهمن ماه امسال آغاز و به مدت دو سال ادامه خواهد داشت كه در صورت اجرای موفقیت آمیز آن،این طرح با توافق سازمان های مربوطه قابل تمدید خواهد بود.

پلیس نگفته است که رابرت دووی هاسکینز در طول یک هفته‌ای که ناپدید شده بود، در کجا به سر می‌برد

مقامات پلیس آمریکا اعلام کرده‌اند مردی را که نزدیک به ۱۶ سال پیش به جرم مزاحمت و تهدید مدونا محکوم شناخته شده بود، یک هفته بعد از فرارش از یک بیمارستان روانی، دوباره بازداشت کرده‌اند.

رابرت دووی هاسکینز که ۵۴ سال دارد، در نزدیکی بیمارستان متروپولیتن در لس‌آنجلس پیدا شده و به بیمارستان محل نگهداریش برگردانده شده است.

پلیس نگفته است که او در طول یک هفته‌ای که ناپدید شده بود، در کجا به سر می‌برد.

آقای هاسکینز از ماه ژوئیه سال گذشته در این بیمارستان بستری بوده است. او در سال ۱۹۹۶ میلادی به ده سال زندان محکوم شد.

روز پنجشنبه، نهم فوریه، پلیس برای پیدا کردن آقای هاسکینز از مردم درخواست کمک کرد و در عین حال، هشدار داد که او گرایشاتی "بسیار روان‌پریشانه" دارد.

به گزارش خبرگزاری اسوشیتدپرس، سابقه آقای هاسکینز نشان می‌دهد که او در ژوئیه سال ۲۰۱۱ میلادی هم برای خرابکاری و تخریب اموال عمومی مجرم شناخته شده است.

مدونا، خواننده آمریکایی، در جریان محاکمه آقای هاسکینز در سال ۱۹۹۶ میلادی برای شهادت در دادگاه حاضر شد و گفت که بعد از دیدن او در نزدیکی خانه‌اش در حدود یک سال پیش از آن، دچار کابوس شده است.

او گفت که محافظانش گفته‌اند رابرت دووی هاسکینز مدعی است که مدونا باید با او ازدواج می‌کرد و "اگر او نتواند من (مدونا) را داشته باشد، سرم را گوش تا گوش می‌برد."

اواخر سال ۱۹۹۶ میلادی، زمانی که مدونا در فلوریدا بود، آقای هاسکینز از دیوار خانه او در لس‌آنجلس بالا رفت و به داخل استخر خانه‌اش پرید. در نهایت، محافظان دوبار به او تیراندازی کردند.
